This is exactly what you'd expect: An extra wii controller with an included motion plus. You may be asking why the motion plus attachment is white, especially considering that Nintendo produced a much better looking version of this controller for Japan, pictured here:

The color is pretty nice, however. It's a little unusual, and a nice addition if you only have white controllers. But the box is (seemingly) impossible to open without destroying. There's a crazy amount of adhesive sealing the box closed, so take care when opening if you want to hang on to it.
I'm glad that this black wiimote comes with the motionplus bundle and silicone sleeve that fits around the motion plus. If you have a white motionplus wiimote, you know what to expect here. It is black. It is a wiimote.
You also get a silicone sleeve that fits around just the normal old wiimote part, too. I liked that the wrist strap was black as well.
I decided to get two blacks to go with my two working white ones, so that I can have four controllers that all look slightly different: black with black skin, white with white skin, black with white skin, white with black skin. Now everyone knows which is "their" wiimote.
